The renewal programs are intended to future-proof the transport companies&#8217; system technology. Replacement investments are often associated with justified hopes for an increase in capacity and the quality of operations. For implementation in practice, radio-based systems are required that support driving at a moving distance. The associated technological change for transport companies is reflected above all in an updated set of operational regulations.
